We also have all the converting services you need under one roof. That’s slitting, rewinding and guillotining. We do it all.
We have a Bimec STM/83 Slitter/Rewinder that can accommodate reels up to 1600mm wide with a maximum unwind diameter of 1200 mm, maximum rewind of 800 mm at an extremely quick run speed of 400 meters per minute. We can slit and rewind to your specific widths and lengths and can replace or fix crushed or damaged cores.
We have one 137 centimetre wide guillotine ready to produce press ready sizes as required. The automatic guillotine allows for precise and dust free cutting. We also own a fully automatic paper loader and unloader, to ensure cutting of accurate quantities, quick turnaround time for jobs that require conversion, and perfectly aligned placement of cut stocks onto pallets.
We utilize our own fleet of trucks and all of our products are delivered by our employed drivers. Our drivers know paper, the customers and the level of service you expect.
We offer prompt and regular daily deliveries to all metro locations. We also deliver to certain regional areas via outside services.
