Samurai Terra BOPP Films are Here!

Building on our strong partnership with Jet Technologies, Stockman Paper Merchants are now working towards a more sustainable approach in our lamination film offering.

For over 5 years now, we have supplied the standard Samurai Matte and Samurai Gloss lamination films to the West Australian market, and these durable BOPP films backed with an excellent strong thermal adhesive have not disappointed since their arrival.

In recent years, sustainability and efforts to maintain positive environmental contributions have grown significantly across the majority of industries in WA. The addition of our new Samurai Terra Lamination Films, available in gloss and matt grades, are designed to further our environmental consciousness, providing you with a sustainable and reliable option in all areas that concern lamination.

Constructed from at least 30% post-consumer waste, these recycled films perform at the high standard that the regular Samurai Lamination Films consistently achieved, whilst offering an eco-friendly approach that aims to reduce the contributions of synthetic materials to landfill.

Australia alone pollutes more than 1 million tonnes of plastic waste annually into landfill. This new grade of laminate not only offers excellent performance but directly combats the issue of synthetic wastage and the disposal of it into the environment. With a wide range of applications, sustainably sourced and prepared material faces an exponentially growing demand in the Australian market.

Stockman Paper Merchants aims to switch the entirety of our current Samurai BOPP Thermal Lamination films to the tried and tested Terra grade, safe in the knowledge that whilst performance will remain identical, our environmental consciousness only continues to develop beyond the expectations of tomorrow.
